Pipe bending
Our bending machines are equipped with a dual-head system, allowing for both right and left bending operations. They are capable of bending pipes ranging from D8 to D100, made of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, all while maintaining high quality.
Pipe cutting
Pipe cutting on a CNC cutting machine with a range of ø8mm to ø76mm, a length of up to 6000 mm, with a maximum external dimension of 3000 mm, including internal deburring and bundling.
Electrostatic sintering
Wagner dual-sided spray booth with a conveyor track and gas-fired curing oven).
Coordinate Punching
Our Euromac punching machine has a machining surface of 1250x3000 mm and a pressing force of 30 tons.
Plate works and bending
Our edge bending machine has a length of 3000 mm and a pressing force of 160 tons. Our sheet metal shear has a capacity of cutting up to 6 mm thick sheets and also has a length of 3000 mm.

Manufacturing new saw blades, refurbishment, re-sharpening, and re-tooth up to ø325 mm
Grinding works
With our HURCO, Okuma, MAZAK, AJAN, and CMA CNC machines, we can handle complex machining tasks. In addition to these, we also cover almost every aspect of tool manufacturing with our conventional machines.
Laser cutting
We offer precision sheet metal cutting on a flat sheet laser cutting machine and laser cutting of pipes and closed sections using our state-of-the-art Lasertube Fiber machine in subcontracting services.
Chemical cleaning
With our spray-based chemical cleaning and phosphating system, we can perform the cleaning of components with a maximum length of up to 800 mm.
Welding
With our ABB welding robot, we are capable of performing pulse and short-circuit welding (MIG and MAG) on a wide range of materials.
Sandblasting
With our closed-system sandblasting equipment, we perform surface cleaning on metal components awaiting sintering. We remove corrosion and oil from the metal parts during this process.
