Industrial services with modern industrial machines

From the middle of the last century to the present day

Our company was founded in 1962 by Mr. Pál Török Sr., who was a private entrepreneur engaged in blacksmithing and decorative forging.

Our current activities began in 1976 with the establishment of Mr. Pál Török Jr.'s business. It later expanded to include the production of fasteners, and with entering Mr. Sándor Török in 1980, it evolved into a family business, so car engine and body repair began.

The shortage of bodywork and spare parts at that time necessitated the production of our own bodywork elements for vehicles, which began in 1985. The workforce consisted of 5 employees at that time.

In 1993, with a proper assessment of the market situation, we started the development of exhaust component manufacturing. To expand production, a larger facility was needed. In 1996, through a successful privatization process, we acquired the Mezőgép Kft. located near Miskolc, along with the manufacturing rights for industrial-sized submersible pumps previously produced there. Today, our company employs 45 people.

At the end of 2004, we expanded our range of activities by launching a metal furniture department. To meet the market's quality demands, we entrusted the entire pipe processing vertical with CNC machining equipment. The finishing welding operations are handled by welding robots. We aim to maintain and strengthen customer satisfaction through consistent high quality and courteous service.

Our company is committed to continuous technological development. In 2010, we won a tender for the acquisition of an AJAN DM-CNC 315 drilling and milling machine under the New Hungary Rural Development Program, supported by the European Union and the Government of the Hungarian Republic.

We also independently introduced an AJAN CNC Plasma Cutter, allowing us to perform sheet metal processing up to a thickness of 50mm.

In August 2010, we implemented the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2009 quality management system, followed by the MSZ EN ISO 14001:2005 environmental management system in 2011. In 2012, we introduced the MSZ 28001:2008 occupational health and safety management system.

Our investments continued in 2011 with the introduction of a flat and pipe laser machine.

Further developments and machine acquisitions in 2013 include:

  • DS60 HP PLUS bending machine
  • ALFA1 CNC hydraulic pipe bender
  • E-TURN pipe bender with electronic right and left bending, fully electronic (14-axis) graphical 3D programming (VGP-3D)
  • Salvagnini B2-170-4000 hydraulic edge bending equipment

Expansion of production capacity

The INDUSTAR Industrial Production, Trade, and Service Kft. continues its commitment to continuous improvement with another significant investment at its Felsőzsolca facility. The project, partially funded by the European Union within the framework of the GINOP-1.2.1-15-2015-00735 call, had a total value of nearly 300 million Hungarian forints, with a non-refundable grant of 146.84 million Hungarian forints.

With the support received, INDUSTAR Kft. carried out a nearly unique investment in the region from October 15, 2016, to March 31, 2017. Within the scope of the project aimed at expanding production capacity, a state-of-the-art, highly efficient three-dimensional laser cutting machine was acquired, enabling the company to manufacture a new product range.

Thanks to this grant, the company further enhances its competitiveness in the automotive industry, as it will be capable of processing drawn body elements, door frames, doors, side panels, fenders, or manufacturing drawn box-like components for agricultural machinery.
